Because all of our items are custom make, item with logo engraved items, special discount items, text engraved items are Non return or exchange and refundable, we accept return exchange for plain ring. Return exchange or refund is only accept for a Non engraved ring only, restocking fee is 20% of item, all shipping are non refundable. Please contact us to get the RMA before ship the item back to us.
